MENA Total Employment Tentmaking
Committed to cross-cultural witness in the workplace
How Can I Become A Tentmaker?
Becoming a tentmaker in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is a process that involves several important steps.
How Can I Prepare To Be A Tentmaker?
Perhaps you’re not ready to drop everything right now and move to an unfamiliar part of the world on a tentmaking mission. But you see it in your future. You sense a calling. You’re willing to prepare yourself.
What Jobs Are Available?
The largest vocational areas open to tentmakers are education, health-care, agriculture, engineering, business, finance, science and technology. Teaching English as a second language is also a common tentmaking profession. While unskilled international workers are used widely throughout the Middle East in the secular job market, satisfactory placement can be challenging.
MENA Tentmaker Resources!
As a fellowship of self-sustaining missionaries employed in the secular marketplace, the MENA Total Employment Tentmaking Initiative exists to inspire New Testament tentmakers who are serving in the Middle East & North Africa region.
